At Intersport Elverys, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition.

Pack Your Items

Place the unused items back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached to the products.

Complete the Return Form

Fill out the returns form included in your original delivery, specifying the reason for return and whether you require a refund or an exchange.

Choose a Shipping Method

Affix the return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest DPD pickup point or local Post Office.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
